Arthur Joseph Rose,
Today, I take you to be my husband. I vow to love you unconditionally every day for the rest of our lives.
You’re my very best friend, and the most thoughtful, genuine, and kind person I’ve ever known.
From hearing me play the violin, to wishing me a happy 4th of July, to falling in love and now starting this new chapter of our lives together, each day gets better and better.
Your heart for God has drawn my heart to yours. You inspire me with your determination and consistency. You’re my best listener, my constant encourager, and the one that can always make me smile. You complete me.
I promise to respect, love, and trust you. I promise to stand by your side through whatever life may bring us.
I promise to faithfully follow and obey you as you follow Christ and lead our family.
I promise to honor and cherish you, for you are the greatest earthly treasure that God has given me.
I love you, Joe, and I know that together we will build a life far better than either of us could imagine alone.
Bethany Jordan Schimkus,
Today in front of my family, friends, your church, and God, I vow to love and cherish you for the rest of my life. I swear before God and man that you will be the only woman for me.
I promise today that I will always strive to be the husband God wants me to be and that you deserve. I know that unfortunately I’m not perfect and I will make mistakes many times, but I promise I will always give it my all to make things better, because my relationship with you will always be one of my top priorities.
I promise to do my best as a husband to chase God’s will for our lives. I promise that I will care and provide for your needs.
In all, I promise to love you through the highs and lows. When I say “I love you”, I know I am not talking about a feeling or fleeting emotion. I know that love is an unconditional action that stems from loyalty and godliness. I promise that I will make God’s Word the foundation of our home.
I take you, Bethany, to be the love of my life.
