Erin, I solemnly vow to always love you, to hold and cherish you, to serve you and care for you, to be your spiritual leader, to be your protector and comforter, to be zealous in keeping our romance alive, to remain faithful. I promise that no matter what difficulties or tribulations we face in this life, I will be by your side, dedicated and devoted to our marriage. Bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh. Until death do us part.
With God as my guide, I give myself to you, Taylor. I vow to encourage you, to respect you, and to treasure you. I will stand under you in support and beside you in battle. I will love you through conflict and hardship. I will serve you in joy and cherish the way you serve me. I promise to listen to you and learn from you. I will follow you wherever you go, for I know you are listening to the Lord. I will laugh with you and cry with you. I will be your lover always. I will be honest, real, and faithful to you. I vow to remain strong in the Lord so that I can be all He’s called me to be in my role as your wife. I will embrace you with compassion and count your joys and sorrows as my own. I will pray for you continually. I choose to love you all the days of my life. And I know these promises are void without a reliance on God’s unconditional love and faithfulness. Let us mirror the love He so freely pours on us.

Two plotting mutual friends introduced us on a night in 2013. Shortly after, Taylor faithfully pursued the bright-eyed, passionate woman the Lord drew Him toward, and Erin was swept by the man who enamored her by his authenticity, simplicity, and honesty. After two years of lotsa growth, learning, and laughter, we joined together in marriage on a Louisiana summer night and have been awed ever since by the chance to play a part in God’s grand love story as one.
